Overview

The "Astropix" brand and the Services are operated by Simarai, MB, a private limited liability company registered in the Republic of Lithuania (Company Registration No. 307591676, VAT No. LT100019762213), with its registered address at J. Janonio g. 12A-1, LT-92252 Klaipėda, Lithuania. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Simarai, MB (trading as "Astropix").

Welcome to Astropix. Astropix operates this website including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing and payment information. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

2. Our Products

We provide exclusively digital content: personalized astrological readings, palm analyses, horoscopes and similar digital products. No physical goods are shipped. We have made every effort to accurately represent our products, but descriptions may change at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Astropix reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Astropix confirms acceptance. Your purchases are subject to return or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes where applicable. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases.

5. Subscriptions, Recurring Billing and Card-on-File

Astropix offers subscription services for personalized weekly horoscope readings. By subscribing, you expressly authorize Astropix — and its payment processors Stripe, Inc. and Whop, Inc. — to store your payment credentials on file and to initiate recurring merchant-initiated transactions (MITs) against those credentials on the schedule described below, in accordance with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card-on-file rules.

Free Trial: Subscription Services include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at USD 39.99/month (or as otherwise specified at checkout).

Billing: After the trial, subscriptions bill monthly on the anniversary date. Your stored payment credentials are charged automatically until you cancel. You will receive an email receipt for every successful charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel any time — including during the free trial — by emailing info@astropix.live from your subscription email. Cancellation is as easy as sign-up. We process cancellations within 1–2 business days and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your stored card credentials are deactivated for further billing upon cancellation.

6. Live Astrologer Chat (Optional Add-On)

In addition to readings and subscriptions, Astropix offers an optional live chat service with an astrologer, accessible from the private member dashboard at app.astropix.live. Access to the dashboard requires a prior purchase (one-time reading or subscription) and is authenticated via a magic-link sent to your registered email address.

Free trial. Every member receives 2 minutes of free chat on first use. No payment details are requested or stored for the free trial.

One-time sessions. To continue the conversation beyond the free trial, you may purchase one of the following one-time chat sessions. These sessions are not a subscription, there is no auto-renewal, and your card details are not stored on file for future merchant-initiated transactions — each chat session requires a fresh, customer-initiated checkout.

• 5-minute session — USD 9.99 (regular price USD 19.99).
• 10-minute session — USD 14.99 (regular price USD 29.99).
• 20-minute session — USD 19.99 (regular price USD 49.99).

Payment processor and descriptor. Chat sessions are processed by Stripe, Inc. and appear on your card statement as "astropix.live". No stored-credential or card-on-file authority is granted for chat sessions.

Nature of the service. The astrologer chat is provided for general guidance, entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. See section 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties) below.

Refund rules for chat. Because chat sessions are delivered in real time, once any portion of a paid session has been used the session is considered delivered and is non-refundable. If, for any reason, a paid session cannot be started for technical reasons attributable to Astropix, we will issue a full refund on request. See our Refund Policy § Chat Sessions.

Purchase and disclosure. Chat-session pricing and service description are also disclosed on the main website at astropix.live/#chat-service prior to any purchase. You will see the exact price, session length and "one-time, no subscription" notice in the in-app checkout before you are asked to enter payment details.

7. Digital Delivery

The Services consist exclusively of digital content delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout and/or made available in your account on this website. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of a successful payment; in rare cases (e.g. AI processing queues), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content supplied without a tangible medium may be affected once delivery has begun. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy applies to one-time digital purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video, and audio, are owned by Astropix, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Lithuanian and EU intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any Lithuanian, EU or international law, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to transmit viruses, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information and entertainment purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astropix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. You and Astropix consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of Lithuania.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
